Bandla Ganesh was arrested in the early hours of Thursday in connection with a cheque bounce case booked against him in Kadapa regarding the non-payment of Rs 13 crore borrowed from a Businessman by name Mahesh. The Producer, however, kept abstaining from attending the court hearings. As a result, Kadapa District Magistrate issued a non-bailable warrant against him.
Banjara Hills Police took Bandla Ganesh into custody at 4 am. He was later shifted to Kadapa in his personal vehicle. On Friday morning, Bandla Ganesh will be produced in the court.
