Bengaluru Corportaor Violates Social Distancing Norms

Ever since the deadly outbreak of the pandemic started the governments and authorities are urging people to follow the precautionary measures like wearing safety masks and following social distancing.

But people are not taking the measures seriously which makes the situation even more fatal. In one such incident, JDS Coroporator Imran Pasha violated the social distancing norms when he was being shifted to a hospital that treats only the positive cases of the pandemic.

When the leader was tested positive for the virus he violated the norms and greeted his followers when he was being shifted to an ambulance. This video went viral on social media drawing quick criticism.

As a result, a complaint was registered against the leader by the  Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) health officials under sections 269 (negligent act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life) and 270 (negligent act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life) 271 (disobedience of quarantine rule) of the IPC and the provisions of the National Disaster Management Authority Act.
