The Election Commission on Wednesday announced the schedule for Bihar Assembly Polls. EC decided to hold the crucial Bihar elections in 5 Phases.
Phase 1: October 12th, 2015
Phase 2: October 16th, 2015
Phase 3: October 28th, 2015
Phase 4: November 1st, 2015
Phase 5: November 5th, 2015
Election Voting Machines (EVMs) will have the photos of the Party Candidates. Voters will also be issued paper receipts in as many as 36 Assembly segments.
Counting of votes will take place on November 8th, 2015. Term of Bihar 243-member Assembly comes to an end on November 29th this year.
