Till now, the Jana Sena has been claiming that a special committee has been formed for Tirupati bypolls and that it would decide who the candidate would be. Now it is clear that the BJP has unilaterally decided to put up candidate. A shocked Jana Sena now will meet on January 21 in Tirupati to decide on future course of action.
The BJP leaders have not even bothered to take the Jana Sena into account while deciding on the candidate for Tirupati. The Jana Sena is also deeply unhappy with the decisions taken at the core committee meeting held in Daggubati Purandeswari's Rishikonda residence in Vizag. It feels the decisions were downright insulting and feel the BJP has completely ignored the Jana Sena concerns.
On its own the BJP core committee has called upon the party rank and file to focus on Tirupati and ensure the party win. The party has decided to appoint incharges for every mandal and send a team of active workers to each mandal. These leaders and workers would stay put in Tirupati till the polling. All these decisions have been taken without even bothering to keep the Jana Sena in the loop. The Jana Sena workers are seething with rage but are waiting for a nod from boss Pawan Kalyan, who is currently busy with Vakil Saheb.
