Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) leader and chief of West Bengal Yuba Morcha Saumitra Khan, who recently took part in the rally called by the party last week came up with shocking allegations agonist the state government.
Saumitra Khan alleged that the West Bengal government used chemical water against the protestors who were carrying out protests to disperse the protestors.
The Yuba Morcha Chief alleged, the chemical-filled water used on the protestors made them sick and many party activists who took part in the rally were admitted to hospitals after they found it difficult to take a breath.
Saumitra Khan went on to say that an office-bearer who took part in the rally has tested Covid-19 positive and alleged a conspiracy of a government official behind this.
Following this, BJP MP Locket Chatterjee has written to Union Home Minister Amit Shah and urged him to direct the West Bengal government to submit a report on the alleged usage of chemical water.
