BJP MLA Raja Singh Lambasts Lawyer Who Moved High Court On The Crackers Ban!
The other day, the Telangana High Court has ruled out to impose a ban on crackers in the state and even asked the government to ban the selling and purchase of the crackers.
However, controversial BJP MLA from Telangana T. Raja Singh has lambasted the lawyer who moved the court to seek directives to ban the crackers bursting given the prevailing situations
.Media reports claimed that the MLA found fault with the time the lawyer moved the court as the retail sellers of the crackers will get affected by this as they are facing difficulties in storing the stock.
Going by the court orders, the cops are keeping an eye on the stalls that are selling the crackers and making sure that the retailers close the stall and no crackers sale take place.
Referring to that he expressed his concerns over the retailers who purchased the stock and asked where can they store that. What if something happens if they store the stock in their homes? reports quoted the MLA.
He found fault with the police and said they are showing extra enthusiasm in seizing teh shops and questioned why the police are not acting the same way in the incidents where cows were killed.
