It may appear surprising but Doctors who have been treating a Chinese Woman struck by lightening has been saved by her bra.
Apparently, The Woman stepped out of her house to offer an umbrella to her Son who was caught in downpour while jogging at a park. Within few minutes, The son was informed by a pedestrain that her mom fainted on a bridge and there were burn marks on her chest.
The woman identified as Lai woke up in hospital and came to know she fell unconscious after a lightening struck her when she went to meet her son.
Shen Han, a physics professor at Zhongshan University, mentioned in the report that the metal umbrella acted as a conductor and the metal underwine in her bra diverted the surge of energy away from her body, which eventually saved her life. Expect for the burn on her chest, There was no major damage.
