Somu Veerraju has been laying foundations for the breakup of BJP-TDP for the last two years and many people are passing satirical comments for the success. Somu Veerraju resorted to a scathing attack on Chandrababu yesterday. He made several allegations on Chandrababu that no other BJP leader could not even think of such a thing.
Though Chandrababu didn't react to Veerraju comments, he gave a fitting reply to BJP while giving a response to Amit Shah's letter. Chandrababu fired on Amit Shah that Central Government had to release nearly Rs.12,000 crore funds for the various educational institutions in AP.. but they have released a meagre 4% funds only. Babu questioned him "How can you tell lies that you gave everything to AP even after doing injustice?" We can say that this is the first time Chandrababu made such serious attack on BJP in this term.
On the other hand, several TDP leaders have reacted to Somu Veerraju comments. Veerraju may rule them aside as just criticism but he may not escape from the challenge posed by Rajahmundry rural MLA Buchaiah Chowdary. Buchaiah interacted with media on Sunday and criticised BJP. He challenged Veerrraju to contest against him to win the election.
He ridiculed Veerraju that how can a person like Veerraju who couldn't even win as a ward member criticise Chandrababu Naidu. Buchachayya Chowdary commented that if Somu Veerraju wins against him, then he will accept whatever Veerraju says. He said that TDP came out of NDA because BJP cheated AP. He said that BJP leaders are talking like mad guys who do not know the pulse of the people.
As Somu Veerraju belongs to Godavari area, he has to respond to Buchaiah's challenge. Buchaiah has been a key player in the district politics for the past 40 years. So, it will be a herculean task for Somu Veerraju fighting against Buchaiah.
On the other hand, Buchaiah Chowdary also responded to the elections results of Karnataka. He said that all the Telugu people in Karnataka will teach BJP a strong lesson. He warned them to be ready to face Telugu people's stroke in Karnataka.
