Kevin Prasad(31) is working in the security wing of San Fransisco International Airport. He requested a woman for a date, who is working in the same department. Though he proposed her several times, she rejected him. When Kevin Prasad tried to impress her with gifts, she told him that she has a boyfriend named Mark Magaccat(31) and they have a three-year-old kid.
She decided to leave SFO to Los Angeles along with her boyfriend to escape Prasad's nuisance. When Prasad came to know about it, he planned to kill Mark Mangaccat who came to pick up the lady on the last day of work. He thought that if he kills Mark, the lady will accept his dating proposal. Prasad came near to Mangaccat along with his friend by wearing a mask. He fired five rounds on Mangaccat. The lady was sitting in the backseat but she couldn't identify Prasad as he was wearing a mask.
As part of the police investigation, the lady revealed about Prasad dating proposal. Police found out that Prasad is an accused in the murder and filed first-degree murder case. Police are saying that the court may award him the death sentence.
