Have you ever heard of the reports stating a Prime Minister has been fined for the violation of traffic rules?

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen faced fine for not wearing helmet when he has gone for a ride on a two-wheeler. The on-duty traffic cop fined PM for 15,000 riel ($3.75) on grounds of traffic law violation. 'Please pay the fine,' said the Officer while issuing a traffic ticket.

Later, Hun Sen apologized for the mistake he committed and promised to pay the fine without fail.

On June 18th, Cambodian PM reached Koh Kong where he met a motor-taxi driver on the road side. He then borrowed the motorbike from the owner and rode it for about 250 meters sans helmet.
