While the talks and debates are taking place in Andhra Pradesh on the Capital city, both opposition parties and ruling party are backing their statements and arguments. Former CM, Chandrababu Naidu said that why the ruling government is nor taking the Capital city as a serious issue.
Recently, the New political map of India was released by Survey of India which indicates that Amaravati is the capital city of Andhra Pradesh which was bifurcated in 2014.
In the political map released by Survey of India on November 2, there are no details of Amaravati in it. This created a quick political storm in the AP as both TDP and YCP blamed each other for Centre not recognizing Amaravati as Capital city.
The TDP said they are shocked to know how the city for which the foundation stone laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi failed to find a place in the Indian political map. It also said that the ruling government is responsible for this chaos.
YCP hit back all these allegations and said the previous government failed to issue a notification recognizing Amaravati as the capital city of AP.
