Can Vijaya Sai Reddy Fight Ramoji Rao In Media World?

Update: 2022-10-11 10:03 GMT
Every political party has a section of media that supports them. Be it ruling or opposition, there is always pro-media and this is a hard fact. The pro-ideology towards a party in turn makes it against another party. The ruling party doesn’t like the media being against them no matter what party it is.

Media Mogul Ramoji Rao who launched Eenadu and ETV has been a strong supporter of the Telugu Desam Party. In the ruling of Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao and Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the media stood behind the party and it continues to support the party.

The pro-TDP ideology of ETV and other media is not going well with the YSRCP and the ruling party expressed anger on the media openly. Even Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy lashed out at the media and said he is fighting against the media which is with the TDP.

Taking forward the fight, a YSRCP Rajya Sabha member said he is venturing into the media field and he wants to lock horns with ETV. Addressing the media, Vijaya Sai Reddy said that he wants to come into the media to counter Ramoji Rao

It is known that Eenadu carried out a story recently against Vijaya Sai Reddy which says that he reportedly took a huge piece of land into his control and the newspaper even provided the details of the plot which is reportedly taken in control by the ruling party Rajya Sabha member.

The pro-YSRCP media could not counter this and might have made the Rajya Sabha member take the tough decision and venture into the media field.

Though Vijaya Sai Reddy wants to enter the media field to counter Ramaoji Rao, it is not going to be that easy. ETV has a wide range of coverage and it covers news in almost every language.

Taking on Ramaoji Rao, who enjoys good contact with all the political parties is not a joke. Back when YSR tried to drag Ramoji Rao to court, he used his contacts in the Congress party and made the party cancel the petition. When Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited Hyderabad, he took some time from his schedule and met Ramoji Rao. Even the MPs and Chief Ministers won't get Amit Shah’s appointment easily.
