Can Vitalik Buterin Inspire Our Film Stars?

Update: 2021-05-14 05:58 GMT
Moved by the Coronavirus situations in India, Vitalik Buterin, the founder of Ethereum has come forward to donate $1 billion towards the Covid-19 relief fund. He donated the amount in cryptocurrency.

It is said that the donation he made might be the single-biggest contribution reached India from either a country or an individual.

After he made the donation, Indians on social media lauded him for extending his support to India despite the fact has he is not doing business in India and didn’t even earn a single penny from India.

A section of social media users are questioning the Film Stars on what contribution they had made and will be making towards India during the tough period. Movies are the main source of stars.

When the nationwide lockdown was imposed shootings came to a standstill, stars started a challenge #BetheREALMAN. As part of the challenge, Cleebrtities shared videos of doing household works on social media.

A few heroes have donated to CM Relief Fund but the amount is very little. Netizens wonder heroes who give big speeches in movies in doing social service and philanthropic works in their movies and do nothing in reality.

Due to the lockdown impact, middle-class people and poor people were impacted and in some instances, they were not in a position to pay for the last rites of their loved ones as crematoriums are reportedly charging high prices from them.

Whenever a tough situation like the current pandemic hits the country, people always found fault with the politicians, but no one talks about movie stars, who earn crores from films.

Let us hope that at least getting inspired by Vitalik Buterin, film stars will come forward to help their fans and audience who helps them earn in crores by watching their movies no matter what the ticket price is.
