Capital shifting work in Vizag being done at a rapid phase!

Shifting capital to the shore city Visakhapatnam from Amaravati got the required momentum with the key roads in the city going through a transformation phase. The civic body of Vizag is taking care of the construction works.

The concerned departments have focused on improving road facility to the city from the Airport. A connecting road is being constructed in the city, which will also be extended at big junctions so that no traffic issues arise.

Media reports claimed that a big building that belongs to a leading education institution will serve as a Secretariat. The special road was designed in a way to connect the Airport and the area where the education institution-building lies reportedly.

In addition to that, road extensions were also being done and the Andhra Pradesh government has allocated whopping funds of Rs 100 crore. The 35-kilometer long road will spread over four areas.

It is said that the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy-led government will make a formal announcement on how those who lost their properties in the relinquished lands will receive compensation.
