Cash-for-Vote: ACB seeks 5 Days, Court grants 2 Days!

Update: 2015-07-08 13:00 GMT
The Court on Wednesday granted the custody of TDP legislator Sandra Venkata Veeraiah to Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) for two days in connection with the Cash-for-Vote scam. This means ACB will conduct the questioning session on July 9th & 10th between 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Actually, ACB sought custody of Sandra Venkata Veeraiah for five days. However, Court granted only two days to extract more facts about the bribery from the Sandra and Lawyers will be present at the time of questioning. ACB Sleuths have to produce Sandra before the court on both days after questioning.

Sandra Venkata Veeraiah is representing Sattupalli Assembly segment in Telangana. Ever since Revanth Reddy was caught red handed offering bribe to TRS Nominate MLA Elvis Stephenson, ACB kept monitoring every moment of Sandra and arrested him few days ago.
