YSR Congress MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy moved Supreme Court over lack of progress in the cash-for-vote case. He sought CBI Probe into the scandal alleging loopholes in the investigation carried out Telangana ACB.

Alla Ramakrishna Reddy informed Supreme Court about the difference between the first and second charge sheet filed by ACB. Supreme Court accepted the petition moved by the YSRC Leader. The Apex Court directed the attachment of the Petition to the Cash-for-Vote case. Dates of hearing of the petition will be finalized soon. This development came as a huge shock to TDP Leadership & Revanth Reddy.

YCP Legislator Alla expressed happiness over Supreme Court accepting his petition. He accused Chandrababu Naidu of getting caught red handed in the cash for vote scandal with forensic tests confirming his role.

Sudhakar Reddy, the counsel of Alla, said Telangana ACB has been diluting the cash-for-vote case and hence CBI enquiry is being sought.
