'A' Certificate If Hero Smokes!

Censor Board chief Pahlaj Nihalani gave another shock to the film industry.  He has already taken several controversial decisions regarding the censor cuts.  He came up with a sensational decision now.  He said that filmmakers should not show heroes smoking, consuming liquor in the films.  In case if they are want to show those scenes, censor board will issue 'A' certificate to their film.

Film celebrities across India are expressing their displeasure over this new decision. Pahlaj Nihalani hit the news headlines recently when he suggested to the 'Amartya Sen' makers not to use 'Cow', 'Gujarat' words in the film.  He created another sensation now with the new statement regarding smoking, liquor consumption scenes.

He said that "A hero will have crores of fans, they try to emulate their favourite hero. So, it'll not be sufficient if the filmmakers show a disclaimer with small letters in the corner of the screen. If the filmmakers insist are showing those scenes, we'll issue them 'A' certificate."
