CBI slaps notices to Amanchi Krishna Mohan, directs to appear for inquiry!

YSRCP leader and ex Member of the Legislative Assembly Amanchi Krishna Mohan faced a rude shock after the premium investigating agency Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) slapped notices to him.

The CBI served notices to the former member of the Legislative Assembly on the grounds of allegedly making derogatory comments on the Courts. In the notices, he was asked by the CBI to attend to the inquiry on February 6, media reports claimed

According to the media reports, the CBI will grill the former Legislator at the Visakhapatnam Regional Office of the agency.

The Andhra Pradesh High Court has taken the issue of anti-judiciary comments on social media. The Court has ordered to keep a close eye on the posts made which target the judges and High Court.

Stating that, there was no action from the Crime Investigation Department (CID) in the social media posts row against the judiciary, the High Court transferred the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI).

Earlier, the CBI slapped notices to 49 people on the grounds of Contempt of Court. The 49 members include Lok Sabha member Nandigam Suresh and Amanchi Krishna Mohan.
