Chandra Babu Naidu is all set to swear in as the first Chief Minister of the new Andhra Pradesh state on 8th June in Guntur. And as a part of fulfilling all his poll promises, Chandra Babu wants to build his credibility right from the moment he swears in.

In his first step Chandrababu Naidu is all set to waive off a staggering Rs 54,000 crore that was taken by farmers as loans from various banks.

This is said to be the first file Naidu will sign after taking over as chief minister on June 8. Sources say he will be sworn in as Chief Minister exactly at 7.27 PM that day and he will be signing on the first file – Raithu Runa Mafi at 8.35 PM.

The second file there in will be for banning the belt shops, The third will be NTR Sujala Program and the fourth will be DWACRA loan waiver.
Out of Rs 54,000 crore, Farm and Self-Group Loans amount to Rs 36,000 crore and Rs 18,000 crore respectively. It is said that Chandra Babu had already finished ground work of all these programs and is hell bent on implement all of them.

Anticipating the presence of about 5 lakh people and almost a dozen CMs at his swearing-in ceremony, Naidu wants to ensure the loan waiver gets national attention. Accordingly, the file will be signed in full public view by Naidu.
