To curb the deadly virus, the government has imposed the lockdown across the country. Initially, PM Modi had enforced the lockdown up to 14th of April, and thought the situation will come under control.
However, the virus has spread gradually without declining. This made the government to extend the lockdown till 3rd of May.
Now as per the latest reports, the cases in the country are rising steadily. Some analysts say that the government have failed to control the virus. The positive cases in the country have reached to 15,712 and death toll crossed 500.
In these critical situations, putting an end to lockdown will surely ease the virus to transmit among people quickly. So, the chances are high to extend the lockdown even after May 3.
