Nearly 15 Months has passed since the 2014 General Elections but still Centre continued to ignore the promises it made to Andhra Pradesh at the time of bifurcation. On the other hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is announced huge special package and completing development programmes in pool-bound Bihar on the war-footing mode.
Narendra Modi announced a Special Package of Rs 1.25 lakh crore on Tuesday along with promise to fulfill the works of National projects by spending Rs 40,000 crore. Then, A lot of districts in Bihar have been declared by the Centre as backward districts.
In addition, Centre announced 30% Tax Exemption to the Companies which come forward to set up their units in these backward districts. An official GO has been issued on Wednesday in this regard. Companies which set up their new units in about 21 Districts including Bihar capital Patna will receive these tax benefits till 2020.
