During the recent Tele Conference over 'Neeru - Pragathi', Chandrababu Naidu sought details about the progress of Branch Canal works in Kuppam. CM breathed fire on the officials as he found no progress what-so-ever. Naidu questioned how dare they are to ignore the works in his own constituency.
Chandrababu Naidu issued an ultimatum to Chief Engineer that he should bring the representatives of the firm which bagged the Contract to Amaravati within 2 days. CM might either issue a stern warning to the contractor or could even terminate the contract.
Such incidents would make the public question, 'If works in CM's Constituency were neglected, what about the condition of other segments in the state'.
