Will Chandrababu Deny Seats To Many Sitting MLAs?

Update: 2018-09-22 06:49 GMT
It's still nine months to elections in AP. But, Chandrababu is readying up for the big battle in his own way. He has got a host of intel reports and got several surveys done to identify the winning horses. What more, he has the Yellow media surveys to back him up. CM Chandrababu got the performance  appraisals of each MLA.

The reports unequivocally told him that it is going to be a bumpy ride for the TDP in the upcoming elections. There is deep dissatisfaction about the sitting MLAs and disenchantment about the government itself. Especially in the North Andhra region, the party's popularity graph is spiraling down faster than a rocket. There is no amity between the oldtimers and new comers.

So, what is Chandrababu Naidu planning? Simple!! He wants to change half of the TDP MLAs. He wants to replace them with new faces.

If the sources are to be believed, apart from North Andhra, Krishna, Guntur, Nellore, Prakasam and twin Godavari districts might see most TDP MLAs replaced. There is anger against the Ministers too. Deeply unhappy with the performance of one minister, the TDP Boss reportedly fired on him, Chandrababu is also unhappy with an MLA from Vijayawada and a minister from West Godavari.

After Nara Lokesh Babu's tour of Rayalaseema, there is anger against the TDP. Even deputy chief minister KE Krishna Murthy too is trying to defy the chief minister after this tour. Chandrababu is also unhappy with Anantapur MP JC Diwakar Reddy and the MLAs of the TDP. So, Chandrababu is planning to replace at least half of his sitting MLAs and wants new candidates.
