US President Donald Trump began taking some tough decisions soon after his swearing-in ceremony. He working towards fulfilling his promise of making America great again by creating more job opportunities for the citizens. Already, Immigrating ban has been imposed on Seven Muslim-majority Nations. Recently, The law recommending doubling of the minimum wage limit (from $60,000 to $1,30,000) of H1-B Visas was introduced. This could have a vast impact on the Indian IT Firms and Indians.
Finding fault with Trump, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu commented: 'Lakhs of Indians have gone to US on H1-B Visas. After Donald Trump became the 45th President of United States, He is restricting the number of visas for highly skilled foreigners. A lot of Indians will be affected by this development. We should fight our jobs in United States..it's unfair to sack the employees all of a sudden. Indian Government has already taken up the issue seriously. That's the reason we have to create jobs in our region. We have been successful in doing so with Ease-of-doing-Business'.
Last year, CII Partnership Summit fetched over Rs 4 lakh crore investments. This year, MoUs worth more than Rs 10 lakh crore were signed in the two-day CII Summit at Visakha. If these materialize, Lakhs of jobs would be created in AP itself and people needn't worry about the stringent Immigration Laws of US or any other country.
