AP CM Chandrababu Naidu reiterated he welcomes Special Package as Centre promised to sanction funds equivalent to the Special Category Status. 'Few Leaders have been misguiding people by saying Special Status brings everything. Is there a Leader who is more concerned about the welfare of people than Me?
