AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu responded on Mudragada Padmanabham's indefinite fast demanding withdrawal of cases against people involved in Tuni violence. 'Who burnt the train in Tuni? What's wrong if Rowdies were arrested? Won't tolerate crimes wherever they might happen. Law & Order is crucial. AP is in crisis. I appeal Mudragada not to create more problems. Government willn't be keeping quiet if unrest was created in the state,' hewarns.

On the other hand, Mudragada is reluctant to end his fast until the people who were taken into custody by CID Police were released. Tight security arrangements have been made to prevent violent incidents.
