In a much relief to former AP CM and TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the case in the special anti-corruption department (ACB) special court was postponed to the 20th of this month.

YSRCP leader Nandamuri Lakshmi Parvati was supposed to produce evidence in this case on Friday against Chandrababu in the ACB court. She has requested the court that her lawyer will attend on her behalf and to postpone the inquiry.

Going into detail, Lakshmi Parvati has filed a private petition in the ACB special court in 2005 stating that Chandrababu has gained assets more than his income when he was Chief Minister.

Naidu has filed an implead petition requesting the court to hear his argument too. With the ACB not accepting his plea, he moved the High Court and got a stay order on his case.

Laxmiparvati filed an affidavit in the High Court challenging the stay order. The hearing was postponed again on the second request of Laxmiparvati for the postponement of the hearing for the attendance of senior lawyer.
