Much to everyone's surprise, Charmee filed a petition in High Court objecting the way in which Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been carrying out the investigation in the drug racket case. She didn't approve Blood Samples, Hair Strands and Nails being collected from each celebrities appearing for interrogation. It's been quoted in the petition that Article 20 Sub-Class 3 doesn't approve forcible collection of such evidence.

Charmee sought permission from court to allow her Advocate to be beside her when the interrogation is happening. The petition moved by the Actress might come up for hearing on Monday afternoon.

Excise Enforcement Department received a shock in the Charmee's HC Petition. The Punjabi Beauty reacted unlike any of the 11 other Celebrities. If Court favors Charmee, Other Celebs will follow the same route.
