In a shocking turn of events cheating and content theft cases have been lodged against noted political strategist Prashant Kishor at the Pataliputra police station of Bihar. Shashwat Gautam, a man from Bihar said that during the Baat Bihar Ki campaign, Prashant used his content.

A case has been lodged under Sections 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust) of the IPC. Shashwat alleged that Kishor has plagiarised his content from his 'Bihar ki Baat' campaign.

Shashwat developed the content with the help of another person named Osama. He also filed a case against Osama. Osama contested the students union election in Patna University earlier, and in the past, Gautam had associated with the Congress party.

Gautam said that his Bihar Ki Baat website was registered in January, while Kishor started his portal in February only. To support his claim he even submitted his proofs to the police.

Prashant Kishor launched his Baat Bihar Ki campaign last week to connect with the youth in the state after being sacked from Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal(United) party recently.
