Samaikyandhra lawyers Joint Action Committee (JAC) has filed a cheating case against Congress MP Undavalli Arun Kumar regarding the Telangana issue.
In a meeting held at Rajahmundry on August 4th, 2013, Undavalli announced he has submitted his resignation supporting the United AP movement and the entire media carried the same news. However, our Rajahmundry MP attended Parliament on August 23rd and even got suspending along with other Seemanadhra MPs for disrupting the proceedings.
JAC Co-convener Muppala Subba Rao alleged that Undavalli didn't tender his resignation and thus he was quilty of cheating the people as per the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
