Chirala: Tension Erupts After Two Groups Within YSRCP Attack Each Other!

The disputes and fights between the groups in the ruling YSRCP are irking the leadership of the party. The incidents of fights between the groups are mostly surfacing from the Chirala constituency of Andhra Pradesh.

A tense situation arose in Chirala after violent clashes took place between two groups in the ruling YSRCP party. The groups indulged in a fight in the presence of a Rajya Sabha member reportedly.

Going into detail, YSRCP Rajya Sabha member Mopidevi Venkataramana Rao visited Chirala to meet the fishermen who were injured in a group fight that took place in Katharivaripalem.

As the Rajya Sabha member is visiting the constituency, Chirala MLA Karanam Balaram and former Chirala MLA Amanchi Krishna Mohan reached the consistency and accompanied him.'

The violent clash broke out en route to meet the fishermen after the groups of MLA and former MLA accused each other of provocating to indulge in fights.

The clash resulted in Bajjibabu and Satish sustaining severe injures. The duo belongs to Amanchi's group. They even registered a police complaint against three people in the other group for attacking them.

It is also beloved that, Anjireddy, a close aide of MLA Karanam Balaram was attacked by the other group. He is said to have developed serious injuries in the attack.

Reports claimed that former MLA Amanchi faced a severe backlash from the women when he went meet the victims. The women from the fishermen community raised slogans against the former MLA.

Mopidevi Venkataramana Rao assured the fishermen that the government will settle the disputes and urged them to co-operate with the concerned authorities to settle the disputes.
