Actress-turned-Politician Khushboo who played Chiru's sister in 'Stalin' on Monday announced her decision to quit DMK as there have been no returns from the party and it has been a one-way street. "At times hard decisions have to be taken at the right time with a smile. I have done just that..no point in pondering over something tat hurts. Don't jump to conclusions. I am perfectly fine and so is my life and my family. professional decision taken. Lets see what life has in store. On the rumors of planning to join AIADMK, Khushboo replied, "I am not jumping into any other party..so stop assumptions and hold back your horses friends. need some time alone with family."
Khushboo entered politics in 2011 by joining Karunanidhi-led DMK. But things didn't go as per her plan and DMK was made to sit in the opposition for the second consecutive term and even the party performed poorly in recent Lok Sabha polls. Hence, She might have come to a conclusion that there is no future for her in the party.
