As promised during the election campaign before the 2019 election campaign, Jagan Mohan Reddy has implemented Navaratnalu schemes in the state. The schemes are aimed at developing Andhra Pradesh by helping all the sections in the state.

Given the financial state of Andhra Pradesh, it's a burden on the economy to fund the nine schemes, the flagship schemes of the ruling YSRCP, led by Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy.

At the meeting chaired with the key officials of various departments like Forest, Mining, and others, Jagan Mohan Reddy directed the concerned officials to focus on improving the state revenue.

It's the duty of the government to fulfill the election promises mentioned in the manifesto. To fulfill the promises, we need funds, hence we should explore a way to improve the revenue, Jagan said.

The Chief Minister has directed the forest depart officials to accelerate the process of seeking permission from the union government to sell the red sander logs that were seized from the smugglers.

In the meeting, Jagan Mohan Reddy has also directed the mining department officials to operationalise the Andhra Pradesh coal mines in other states so that the revenue can be increased.

The Mining department officials were also directed by the Chief Minister to coordinate with the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd(APIIC) to expedite mining works that are acquired by the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation in other states.
