Telangana Chief Minister KCR is an evident theist and it was proved on many occasions. It took as many as six years for his brainchild to get implemented and completed. The idea to renovate the famous Yadagirigutta into Yadadri was completed at last and the temple is being reopened.

As the main temple was renovated in a big way, the Muhurtham to reopen the temple was fixed on Monday, i.e, today. CM KCR had reached the famous shrine to part in the pooja part to reopen the renovated temple. He received a special welcome from the temple authorities.

A special pooja was held at the temple to start the renovated temple. Following the procedure in the rituals, the Chief Minister took part in the rituals along with his family. The Vedic rituals marking the inauguration of the renovated temple will be held for seven days and many rituals and yagas will be covered. The temple was inaugurated by the Chief Minister just a while ago.

Massive arrangements were made for the rituals. As many homams and Yagams will be performed by the priests coming from various places, special arrangements have been made by the temple authorities to make sure that the rituals can be performed without any issues.

Looking at the timeline of the rituals, the Muhurtam to perform the holy Maha Kumbh Samprokshanam was fixed at 11: 55 AM, followed by the Pradhana Aalaya Pravesham(12:10 Pm), Dhwajastambha Sandarshana, Garbhalaya Darshanam (12.20-12: 30), and the ritual to open the renovated temple. Once the temple is opened, then the devotees will be allowed to offer their prayers to the deity.

The historic temple was renovated by the TRS government with a massive budget of over Rs 1,000 crores and the temple area is spread across around 17 acres. Quality stone was used to renovate the temple and act director Anand Sai worked hard for the temple design and he left many films to work on the temple.

Yadadri temple is the first temple in the country which was renovated completely with government funds after the independence. Without hesitating about the cost, CM KCR had spent a whopping amount on the temple.
