Fitting Lesson to CM Ramesh in Rajya Sabha

Update: 2016-05-11 14:48 GMT
CM Ramesh spoke about the financial crisis Andhra Pradesh has been facing in Rajya Sabha Today. He appealed Centre to handhold AP just alike it has done in the case of Uttarakhand.

The Rajya Sabha Member told AP is the only state in the country without a capital city. He adds, 'So much injustice has been done to AP with bifurcation. Promises made by Union Government weren't fulfilled inspite of the revenue deficit. If Centre doesn't offer a helping hand, It could lead to more problems'.

Its then Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Kurian intervened but CM Ramesh continued his speech. This repeated for 2-3 times and finally the Rajya Sabha Member halted his address. Mr. Kurian asked 'Is your state facing problems?'.  In response, CM Ramesh told: 'Yes, Sir!'. Then, Kurian questioned what were the issues AP has been facing. CM Ramesh began reading what was written on the paper. Kurian stopped him and asked, 'Were you reading out what's be written on the paper just because you have no idea about the issues in your state?'. It was then CM Ramesh spoke about Revenue Deficit by mentioning few statistics. Soon, Kurian said: 'Sabash Ramesh...This is what I wanted! If you ask something without relying on paper, You will get answers!'.
