Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has denied allegations levelled against his son in the death case of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. He clarified that none of the sons of Maharashtra, including his son Aditya, were involved in the case.
During his Dussehra address, Uddhav slammed Kangana Ranaut without taking her name for criticizing his government and Mumbai police. "Someone said Mumbai is like PoK... they come to Mumbai for work and then defame the city. This amounts to namak harami," he said.
He also alleged that people are trying to damage the image of Mumbai by calling it a hub of drugs, but they don't know where ganja grows in the country, referring to actress' home state Himachal Pradesh.
"Mumbai is PoK, there are drug addicts everywhere â they are painting such a picture. They don't know in our house we grow tulsi, not ganja. Ganja fields are in your state, you know where, not in our Maharashtra," the CM said.
