In what it could be a shocker, 41 people from a building in Kapashera area of Delhi tested positive for the COVID 19 virus raising many fears and concerns about the situation.
The building which is located in the Theke Wali Gali near the Collector's office in Kapashera was sealed on the 19th of April when a person was infected with the fatal virus.
With the person infected with the virus, the authorities have collected samples from 175 members who belong to the locality. Out of the 175 samples, the results of the 67 samples came out today and 41 tested positive.
The new development has inculcated fear in the locals on how many more samples will test positive and how the situation in the union territory will turn following this.
A couple of days back, the containment zones in the national capital Delhi reached 100. The toll of positive cases in Delhi stood at 3738 as of Friday and the count reached 3779 with the newly reported cases.
