The Coronavirus is ringing the danger bells in the Andhra Pradesh. Even after enforcing the lockdown strictly, the cases toll is rising constantly across the state. Shockingly, in the past 24 hours, 58 new cases are registered in the state.
For the past 24 hours, 30 cases are registered in Kurnool district, 11 in Guntur district, 8 in Krishna district, 7 in Ananthapur district, and one each in Chittoor and Nellore.
With this, the total number of cases rose to 1583 in number. As of today, active cases are 1062 and 488 are discharged, and 33 deceased.
If we have a look at district wise, Kurnool is in the top with 466 cases, next to Kurnool, Guntur is with 319 cases, Krishna is with 266 cases, Nellore is with 91 cases, Chittoor is with 81 cases, Kadapa is with 83 cases, Ananthapur is with 78 cases, Prakasam with 61 cases, West Godavari with 59 cases, East Godavari with 45 cases, Srikakulam with 5 cases, and no single case is registered in Vizianagaram yet.
