A sensational case of a Teenage love story has landed at the doors of the Court. Both the boy and girl and minors left their house for their love and were blessed with an eight-month-old child.
The family of the girl moved the Court claiming that the boy kidnapped their girl. Hearing the sensational case, the court dismissed the charges of kidnapping the minor girl.
The Court observed that as per the law, what the minor boy did was punishable. But considering the interests of the three minors, the minor boy was acquitted of the charges.
In the order, the Court directed the minor boy to take care of his partner who is also a minor, and their eight-month-old child. The parents of the minor boy were also directed to treat the minor girl as their daughter-in-law and take care of the infant as their granddaughter.
The parents of the minor girl have also agreed to not move the higher Courts to pursue the case. For the coming two years, the Hilsa Bal Kalyan police officer will have to submit a report on the well-being of the girl and the infant every six months.
