A Court in Tamil Nadu issued arrest warrant against Actor Srinivasan who is popular as Powerstar in connection with the cheating cases filed against him.
Reportedly, Srinivasan charged Rs 30 lakh commission from Businessman Varadarajan by promising to help him receive loan of several crores from a Private Finance Firm. He, however, failed to keep his word and the Businessman asked him to pay back the commission. Two years later, Srinivasan offered a cheque of Rs 30 lakh to Varadarajan but it got bounced due to insufficient fund in the account.
Varadarajan moved the court seeking justice. Srinivasan never bothered to appear for any of the court hearings. Finally, An arrest warrant was issued and cops were asked to produce the Actor in the court.
Earlier, Srinivasan was lodged in Tihar Jail regarding a cheating case. He is now out on bail but the frauds committed by him continues to haunt him.
