Court rejects to allow Revanth to Hyderabad

T TDP MLA Revanth Reddy gets a blow from High Court. The MLA who was out on bail recently filed a petition to relax his bail conditions to the court. The petition came to hearing today and he got a big NO from the court. In his petition Revanth mentioned that  he may need to visit Hyderabad often being TDP deputy leader in the Telangana Assembly . He requested the condition of not leaving Kodangal be relaxed.

The court dismissed the petition seeking relaxation.ACB  objected the request and said that Revanth can influence the witnesses if he comes to Hyderabad. Agreed  with the argument, court dismissed Revanth's petition.

ACB had arrested Revanth Reddy on May 31 while he was handing over bribe of Rs.50 lakh to nominated legislator Elvis Stephenson to induce him to vote for TDP-BJP candidate in Telangana legislative council elections.On June 30 High court granted bail to Revanth. While granting bail the judge directed him to surrender their passports and to appear before the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) whenever summoned.
