Currency Notes Threw In Colonies Result In People Fearing About COVID-19
In what it could be a shocker, some unidentified persons threw currency notes in front of the house in a colony resulting in the locals fearing that there is a conspiracy behind this.
Going into detail, the shocking incident took place in the areas of West Mambalam and Madhavaram in the Purasawalkam of Chennai where the locals were shocked to see bundles of currency in front of their houses and they are doubting that someone is trying to spread the virus with these notes.
Some unidentified people at the KK Thalai Manikyam street of Madhavaram came on cycles and threw Rs 20, Rs 5o, and Rs 100 notes in the colonies creating fears in the colony members.
Some locals who saw them tried to get hold of them but all their efforts went in vain. A lady who stays in the same colony recorded a video of the currency that was dropped in the locality and urged to not touch the notes.
She went on to say that some people are purposefully doing this to spread the virus by these currency notes. She requested the police to look into this issue and an F.I.R was also filed.
An investigation is going on in this case based on the visuals recorded in CCTV cameras. The cops said that there is no proof that the virus can be spread with the currency notes and they are looking whether they are planning for robbery by using the currency notes as a bait.
