When Sambasiva Rao was taking his son to a nearby hospital on a two wheeler, A cyclist identified as Devarapally Kiran rammed his vehicle into the bike. Sambasiva Rao fell unconscious due to severe injuries and passed away while undergoing treatment in a hospital.
