At the time a serious debate is happening on his release just three years after being taken into custody for committing a heinous crime, The Juvenile Convict in December 16th Delhi Gangrape case refused to step out of the NGO Home.
Due to security reasons, Juvenile Justice Board shifted the Juvenile Convict from Children's Reformation Home where he was lodged since the past 3 years to a new NGO Home.
As per sources, Juvenile Convict wishes to remain in the NGO Home even after completion of the term of punishment and he don't want to return back to the society. On the other hand, People in his village in Badaun (Uttar Pradesh) were divided into two Groups over allowing him to live there.
Meanwhile, The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) moved Supreme Court against the order of Delhi High Court turning down the plea seeking stall of the release of the juvenile convict. This petition would come up for hearing on Monday.
