Greatest in Political History: Kohli on NOTE Ban

Indian Test Skipper Virat Kohli describes Prime Minister Narendra Modi's demonetization drive as the greatest in the political history of India.

At the press conference ahead of 2nd Test match against England, Kohli didn't mince words when asked to react on the currency ban. 'According to Me, Demonetization is the greatest move I have seen in the country's political history. I'm very much impressed. Its unbelievable!,' he said.

Kohli recalled an incident when he took out old currency notes from his pocket to pay a hotel bill in Rajkot completely forgetting the November 8th announcement. Saying that old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 have become useless now, He wishes to gift them to his fans by placing his autograph on them from now onwards.

Team India skipper hinted KL Rahul who is fit for second Test will open the innings for the Team. Which means, Gambhir should sacrifice his spot as the opener.
