Did CM Jagan Give A One-Week Deadline To Officers?

AP CM Jagan who is taking historic decisions for the state has taken one more step in this regard. He held a meeting with the officers at Amaravati Camp Office and warned the officers to make the work done in one week.

Jagan has sped up the process to keep his promise to distribute 25 lakh houses on the eve of Ugadi festival. He held an emergency meeting with the officers to get reports on the progress of the work. Deputy CM and Revenue Minister Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose and CS Neelam Sahani were present in this meeting.

In this meeting, he sought reports on the list of Beneficiaries from every district and the land that was acquited by the officers. Reportedly, the officers have briefed the CM that more land should be acquited in Vizag, East and West Godavari, Krishna and Guntur districts. The officers were given strict orders to complete the work in one week.

The lands which will be given to the beneficiaries will be marked and registered. The documents of the plots will be made with security features.CM has shown the officers some sample papers in this regard.

The officers told the CM that until now they have identified 22 lakh and 46 thousand beneficiaries. Out of them, 11 lakh and 77 thousand beneficiaries were from villages and 19 lakh and 99 thousand and 160 were from city areas. Almost 23,000 acres of land will be needed for this huge project.
