Two leaders... but both have diametrically different working styles. One is AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and the other is Telangana CM KCR.
The other day, both the leaders took very important decision. Chandrababu has decided to align with the Congress. He wanted to have a political understanding with the party and called a meeting with those available in the town. When he broached the subject, several leaders had opposed the idea as the TDP was founded on anti-Congress plank. They pointed out that it would send wrong signals and that the party would be seen betraying the Telugus as the Congress is being held responsible for the bifurcation of the state. Chandrababu overruled their objections and went ahead with the decision saying he would create a favourable mood in favour of the alliance. The leaders, who realized that Chandrababu had already taken the decision, simply said OK and left the meeting.
On Wednesday, KCR too held an emergency meeting. He had decided to call for snap polls along with Rajasthan, Chhattisgar and Madhya Pradesh. He had discussed the issue with Modi and then called for the meeting. In the meeting, most ministers has spoken against early polls. They told him that snap polls would send negative signals. KCR had agreed with the majority demand and said we would not make any announcement about the snap polls now. He however, told the party to be ready and said the party would organize a massive meet at Kongara Kalan on September 2 to highlight the partyâs achievements.
Both the leaders have differing styles. One is forcing his idea on the party and the other is consulting the party leaders sincerely. This is the different between Chandrababu and KCR.
