What we hear from the media report is that a few female students who gave their National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) examination faced an unexpected experience with the way the staff at the examination centre behaved with the female students. The incident sent shocking waves all over.
Going into detail, the staff at an exam center in Kerala's Kollam district are believed to have asked the students to take their inner wear to enter the centre. With no option left, they did this and they allegedly had a tough time writing exams without innerwear.
The issue became a big controversy as the parents of the students who got to know about this made a big uproar. The parents asked why the staff behaved in such a way that caused a big humiliation for the female students. The parents knew about the incident after the students informed them what happened after wiring their exam.
The twist in the case is the college authorities starting a blame game and putting the blame on the agency which was hired for the exam. Whenever the college calls an agency, the authorities will inform them about the guidelines they follow and what they are expecting from the agency.
It is the mistake of both the college authorities and the agency. Not informing the agency is a college mistake and not taking all the information is the agency mistake. Though the mistake is on their part, the students paid the fine.
After the Metal detector sounded beep, the staff of the agency reportedly asked the students to remove the innerwear. Those who had shawls had no issues while the rest of them faced a humiliating experience with the directions of the staff.
