Centre Gives Its Nods To Domestic Flights To Resume Operations

Following the fourth phase of the existing lockout, Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Centre announced more relaxations in addition to the relaxations which were active already.

As a result, the Domestic flight services will be resuming from the 25th of May which were halted since the first phase of the lockout was imposed in India in the third week of March.

Civil Aviation Minister of India and Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh Puri said that the domestic flights will be resuming its operations but the guidelines issued by the Centre should be followed without fail.

Passengers should go through the thermal screening at the Airports and the Hand sanitizers and safety masks should be made variable for the passengers as a safety measure.
