Dragon Country Finally Breaks Silence On Stand-off

Months after the violent stand-off at the Galwan valley, dragon country China finally broke its silence after the Chinese Ambassador to India responding to the sad incident.

Chinese Ambassador Sun Weidong who took part in the China-India youth webinar termed the violent standoff as an "unfortunate incident" and said they are trying to handle the situation in a proper way.

Talking about bilateral relations, Sun Weidong maintained that the seven decades-old diplomatic relations between the two nations should not be disturbed by one incident(stand-off).

The Chinese Ambassador went on to say that India and China should live in peace by avoiding the conflicts and said that both the nations possess the required wisdom to sort out the disputes.

Sun Weidong added that in the eyes of China, India is a partner and not a rival and said that he is confident that with dialogue and consultations both ancient civilizations can put an end to the escalating border tensions.

The violent standoff that took place between the Indian and Chinese troops at the Galwan valley in eastern Ladakh resulted in 20 Indian soldiers losing their lives in the hands of the Chinese army.
